Hong Kong Apartments is a newly reconstructed historic apartment building with brand new units. Building amenities include controlled-access entry and underground gated parking for safety, elevator, and is pre-wired for cable and high speed internet for convenience.

All units boast oversized windows for plenty of natural lighting, new appliances (microwave, refrigerator, oven, stove and dishwasher), and in-unit washer and dryer. Screening Fee $35 (applied to deposit upon approval of application), security deposit $350.00 / $450.

Around the community, there are great restaurants, grocery shopping, post office and banks. It is 2 blocks away from major bus lines and 2 minutes away from Downtown Seattle. The train station is close by and Pioneer Square is just around the corner.

• Price $664 to $1,969 We provide 1 bedrooms to 3 bedrooms.
• We conduct a background check (criminal and credit checks).
• We require two satisfactory rental references and your income must be at least three times the monthly rent.
